Liebher fridge has a problem.

Liebherr built-in refrigerator. The freezer and refrigerator were initially cooling properly after a complete defrost. The ice maker stopped producing ice. The ice maker assembly was replaced with a new original unit, but the issue remains. The display is now showing 45°F in the freezer, and the refrigerator has started beeping again. Could the control board or control circuit be the cause?
