the display, then release
4. Keep the "center button" pressed until numbers appear on the display, then release
5. Keep the "right button" pressed until the word "CLR" appears
6. Press the "central button" to confirm, the oven will show "END"
7. Disconnect the mains power supply to confirm the reset
