Hello from Greece.
I have the same pcb board (elux 132760012) and i have a burned resistor. I can read the Ohm but i can't read the Wattage. Your's resistor looks like 8W. Is it the original or you changed it to 8W? It looks like a fusible resistor so the watt probably matter to protect the circuit.
At the LNK362GN datasheet you can see that the LNK362 can handle 9W, so propably the resistor must be below 9W. But how many watt it must be at least? 3W would be enought?

I also noticed that the drain and source of LNK364 is sorted. Is this normal or it means it's damaged?
One more thing confused me is the winding of the tranformer "20EF-E17 TDK X 203". I can't find the datasheet. Can you help me with that?
